As my birthday is in the month of April I have decided to hold a layout contest to treat myself, and give others a chance to win a prize for their incredible talents.
I do have a layout style I like which is mostly advanced layout making but I obviously lack the skills of making gorgeous layouts like many players create. Below are manips that I really love BUT keep in mind that I want these layouts to be CREATIVE and original. These are just to give you an idea of what I like. Keep in mind that the layouts do not have to be like this!

Rules/Requirements/etc:
• It CAN be another animal other than a Horse! (Except for house cats and bugs (spiders, beetles, etc.)
• It CAN have no animals. In order to win with a no-animal layout it will require extra effort!
• NO HUMANS (I see them everyday. Why would I want such revolting creatures on my layout? )
• 4-7 text boxes
• MUST HAVE PROPER CREDITS!!!! When you submit it!! None of this "Oh I'll enter it later". You WILL be automatically disqualified if you don't give credits.
• Layout needs to already be coded. Send me the code by pm, with your submission BEFORE the deadline.
• Do not make the images above into layouts. If you do I will automatically disqualify you and report you the creator of the manip (and possibly the stock providers).
• You MAY enter more than once.

Likes:
• All animals (except for cats and bugs.)
• Adore dogs preferably Dachshunds. I took pictures of my Dachshund puppies when I was a breeder. IF you are interested in making a layout of those pictures I would like to see some of your work first. I really wouldn't want my beautiful memories turned into something I don't like.
• Like dark colors.
• Themes (pm me for a description of this layout I've been thinking about)
• Gothic Themes
• Valentine themes (no I don't mean the gooey candy blah blah XP)
• ANYTHING!!! LET YOUR CREATIVITY ROAM FREE!!!

Dislikes:
• Cats and bugs
• Howrse helper generated layouts.
• Credits in the middle of a layout. (Please put them at the bottom)
• White words against a yellow background layout (etc)
